**Note: this guide was created using a test environment. No real-world PHI is used in this guide.**

  - Select Workers Comp. 
  - Add date of injury and create. \\ {{.:pasted:20250522-151417.png?600}}
  - Make sure the workers’ comp guarantor is attached to the visit, then we will add WSI insurance to the visit. \\ {{.:pasted:20250522-151512.png?600}} \\ {{.:pasted:20250522-151522.png?150}} \\ {{.:pasted:20250522-151533.png?600}} \\ {{.:pasted:20250522-151542.png?600}}
  - Add the workers comp number for the subscriber ID \\ {{.:pasted:20250522-151703.png?800}}
  - Scan all paperwork into the document center
